I have found myself developing anorexia. If you don't know what it means, it means that I stop eating and I still see myself as fat when I am really becoming unhealthily skinny. A few friends helped me realize this, and I decided to come up with a plan for myself. I come on here daily so I posted it here, so I remember. Words of encouragement and positive feedback is helpful in more than one way. :3
