I heard about that, and think that's just stupid. People are entitled to freedom of religion, and that's the whole reason America came into being: people wanting the right to practice the religion of their choice! So why not just let them have their nativity scenes?

You can't just ban people from putting up nativity scenes. People have a right to put them up.
